Updated 3/5/2021 The company sent me a replacement. I have inspected the item and it appears to be the same as the first one. But I dared and installed it. I managed to keep it from leaking, the quality of the plug is still poor compared to others I've used. I feel like if I had to take it off and put it back on it would start leaking again. Not a good feeling - hence 3 stars. - The suction cup stabilizing anchor stays strong for about 1 month and then releases during showering when switching between shower heads. I have to suck on this anchor constantly - as long as it works. I'm trying not to touch it but the anchor suction cup issue is causing the entire product to move and causing a small leak, but readjusting will fix that for now. ——————— —————— I like the design and the ease of installation. Perhaps the poor quality of the connection of the rocker to the shower head makes it unusable due to leaks. decided to return it and give them a second chance. Easy to install All parts included Cons: Leaks. Nickel plating layer - I can tell the copper color by the movement of the shower head setting
