Review on Egretshower Drill Free Stainless Shower System by Frank Harwood

Very problematic. for shower heads

Instructions and assembly are easy. In terms of design aesthetics, the shower stall looks great, but that's where it ends. As soon as you touch the brass adapter (brushed nickel-plated) with a rubber key or a protected wrench, the so-called nickel-plating immediately flakes off. The technical quality is POOR as noted by other reviewers. Following the company's instructions and advice via email in a letter, the assembly runs down the drain where the shower rod connects to the shower rod (water pipe) and shower head. The problem is not with the brass (brushed nickel) adapter. It is a pity that the drain head in this area is made of cheap plastic. I had no issues with over threading, just the gray rubber/plastic that allows the lever to rotate easily didn't hold up to the water pressure. It exploded so violently that if I had stood directly under it I would have been hit on the head. This company needs to listen to its customers and understand that the home environment is not an assembly shop where everything works perfectly. We associate the shower with a real shower, not with an unloaded bench. If they keep making an extremely cheap product, they should expect the same result. 70€ is too expensive for this product. Since it leaks, it's not worth buying.
