Excellent propagation for a mobile antenna. Just get a good magnetic mount for it. I received one without a mount and used my own that I have. It is better to point the smaller J-Antenna towards the rear of the vehicle so there is much less drag at the antenna. Some people say J-Poles are overrated, but this is the BEST portable VHF/UHF ham radio antenna I've used. Get the whole valley here in Phoenix, Arizona with both repeaters and simplex. Absolutely happy with my purchase. Tested on multiple bands, frequencies, simplex and repeaters with better than expected performance.
