Review on ☕️ BELLA 13869 Dots Collection Black 12-Cup Coffee Maker by Kristen Rivera

UPDATED FROM ORIGINAL BELOW: Revain satisfactorily resolved my support request and this morning I used the manufacturer for the first time. It's a lovely purple that adds a touch of color to my eye-pleasing decor. - It doesn't take up much space in width, but in height I have to pull the car all the way out from under the kitchen cupboard open at the top - I found it better to keep it under out of the cupboard because the machine gives off a lot of steam at the top which could potentially warp the wood. The decanter itself is very light. The lid doesn't come off for cleaning (unless I figured out how). As for the other comments about the lack of auto shut off, I don't see this as a product flaw. I have to remember to turn off the oven and other appliances, so it's just a luxury feature that other coffee makers pay more for if they want it. There is only one button to turn on and off and that makes it very user friendly. - I made a full cup of coffee by topping up the water to 12 and it was perfect. I'm replacing a Keurig that I just got tired of making multiple cups to meet my coffee needs. :)- Overall I would recommend it as a good product and maybe a gift based on the colors and ease of use. I'm checking out her other matching home appliances because I love purple! ------------------------------------------------ --- ---------------------------- At the moment this gets 1 star because this newly purchased product was delivered used. The carafe has a huge coffee stain, a sticker with an arrow on the side indicating a scratch (either from a previous owner or from a Revain warehouse), and a huge fat handprint on top. I am not happy. Almost all of my Revain experiences are good, and I'm a generous reviewer - 99% positive, but that's not cool. I will come back to update once I get this issue resolved.
