The unit I received was poorly made. The first day the loop of the leash came loose and we didn't even yank at it, just a tug from our dog. We thought we could do it ourselves. Then the loop on the hood broke in half. The next day one of the four buttons fell off. We hope it was just an accident. We go back and buy a new one. If this doesn't help we will go back and buy another jacket from another seller. UPDATE: We got a second jacket and it ripped right away. We were going for a walk and the hood broke when my dog hit a dead branch on the ground. Terrible quality. Which upsets us a lot. This is such a great coat. It's visually appealing and we want it to be a higher quality product. Went from 2 stars to 1 star. We sent it back the same day we received it and will not be buying a third one.
