Handy but requires additional parts
I like the convenience of this kit and the special LED switch. Installed on my 2017 F-150. I installed direct battery power but did not connect jumpers to the switch. Therefore, the switch only lights up when I turn it on. I installed it where easy to find so I'm not worried. Combined with a 52" light bar. I've noticed that some reviews indicate the wiring has melted, but so far so good with 10-20 minutes of use. The wiring harness is short to connect to the battery and to to go driver's side.I had to add about 1-2 feet of wire to the battery.
