Quality meets price. The included instructions are minimal but don't require much brain power to figure out what to do. You can watch many short YouTube videos before installation, especially if you have never done this kind of work. My BIGGEST suggestion is to redraw the holes on the provided templates before drilling. Many customers have complained (including myself) that the pre-marked holes on the templates don't all line up exactly with the grub screws on the numbers. Before you stick the templates to the wall and start drilling, make sure you mark the holes correctly! Also, drilling plaster/cement is more difficult than drilling wood. Make sure you have the right tools.
