I emailed the seller to tell them about a problem I had with my first lighter. It didn't fire until you pressed the ignition button four or five times. The seller came back with me and asked me to try a few things. I told them that I have already done all this, but I will repeat it anyway. Without further ado I received an email from the seller advising Revain to send a replacement. I fill the replacement with butane according to the Vexo instructions that came with the lighter, the lighter contains butane. The lighter works great. It's way better than the zippo lighter I bought before you can refill that lighter when the zippo lighter can't. You can flip the switch to leave the flame on, or it will go out every time you remove the button on a good lighter to light smokers and all sorts of stuff without the wind blowing. Would buy again.
