This is a great sucking and sleeping pad and my cat loves it! However, it was packaged in a box with no padding and when it arrived the box had a tear/dent in the corner and, unsurprisingly, the same happened to the edge of the product on one side. It's heavy cardstock, especially as it's not 'paper' so the piece was broken off, probably due to mishandling in shipping, but if there had been some sort of padding in and around it most likely could have been avoided. The rest are very satisfied. I just turn the broken piece against the wall.
