Don't believe everything you read. Be careful when you buy these bars because the description says 0 grains of sugar. Half of the bars contain 5 grams of sugar. It should have been in the description of the Think Thin Bar. I was very disappointed when upon receiving the bars I saw that half of them actually contained 5 grams of sugar and that was the main reason I bought them as I wanted protein bars with 0 grams of sugar.
