Product arrived on time, well packaged, good price and easy to install. The kit that was supposed to be threaded was missing a thread. Probably a manufacturer error, not a seller error. Since I needed this filter installed immediately, I had to go to fittings to purchase a replacement fitting. After a simple installation, everything worked great and I was able to work with ice and water again. I then emailed the company explaining the situation without asking or expecting any compensation. Better just let them know about the situation. In response I received a very pleasant response and an offer to refund me for the part I should have bought. Two days later, the role was credited to my Revain account. That's great customer service! As I replied in my email. Sometimes it happens and I'm not upset at all. The credit likely eroded any profits from that sale. but any business whose goal is to make its customers happy. will always get my repeat business. I suspect this faulty part was one of thousands. I highly recommend this company! Thanks for the great customer service!
