*Update* They emailed me within a day or two and said they would send me a replacement. I was surprised to see that they sent me a whole replacement organizer. This replacement arrived in perfect condition and works great. I am sure that the first organizer's damage is due to the poor handling of the delivery and is not the fault of the company itself. I'm also very happy that the compartments are large enough to hold my large bottles of hairspray. This organizer has completely got rid of my small sink. *Original* The shelf arrived broken and the top round part was cracked. It's still usable except on the shelf and as long as I don't press on the cracked piece. I have emailed the description for a replacement shelf. Lets see what happens. Besides, the instruction is not in English, but it is quite easy to assemble it. Rubber rings are used on T-connections.
