Bought one on the recommendation of a colleague. I received it, it will not pair with the phone. When connected to a PC via a USB cable, it connects, disconnects after 5 seconds, and then repeats the same thing over and over. I try it on my laptop, same problem. I contacted tech support and they said try on a different computer. Remember, I used to be a network engineer. I'm not IT savvy. So I pack it up, send it back and get a refund. My colleague insists it must have been an accident that they are so great, so I'm ordering another one. I'll let this fully charge until I do something else. I delete the app, download it again. Same problem. I can't connect it to my Samsung Galaxy S20+5g. I'm trying to connect it to a PC, just like the first one. This is already packed and will be returned for a refund. I will look for another brand. My guess is that low quality chips may affect more than just vehicles.
