Installed in GMC Sierra

I bought this for a 2015 GMC Sierra. I don't have a center console, but there is a rumble seat with cup holders and room for a cell phone. They work well, but not so well when using navigation or searching for songs. This mount places my phone right in front of my left cup holder, the perfect spot for me. I bolted it to the driver's seat bolt, it doesn't fit the driver's seat rail bolt. Also, it would sit too low even if I could screw it to the driver's seat bolt. There is also another screw under the dash, under the ashtray/storage drawer that will also fit. The stem is quite difficult to bend, which is a good thing, and it holds my phone without limping. The only downside is that it wobbles slightly on less smooth roads like Massachusetts, not a big deal but it does matter. happen. There is almost no wobble on the new road. It shakes on bumpy roads to the point where you can't read the screen and that can be annoying. In fact, what more could you ask for considering the rod is around 20 inches long with around half a pound attached to the tip? The second attachment point is really necessary to install the pickup. Another reviewer suggested velcro to get rid of the tremors; this fix works great. First, before trying the velcro, I bent the bar to fit my folding seat very snugly and that worked. I've used velcro and now the wobble is 99.9% gone, even on moderately rough roads and pretty tolerable on bumpy roads. Another reason I like the Velcro idea is that the bar will eventually poke a hole in the fabric of the jump seat as I install the bar. Also, the mount doesn't fall into the 3rd passenger way. I really like it and I recommend using a pickup.
