Installation couldn't be simpler. The kit included everything I could possibly need, but the controller and cable bundle were already wired to the correct length and ready to install. I removed two mounting points under each taillight access and a screw on top of those inner panels just inside the hatch door to get some more access for catching wires. I also fed the driver's side wire through the holes under the sill after inserting it into some sort of wire machine. The control box fits nicely near the chassis ground for the battery (which was also a handy ground for the wire harness) and the positive connection was perfect for the main positive stud under the protective cover. The whole process took about an hour, although I was able to do it almost twice as fast now.
