Review on 🪚 Astro Pneumatic Tool 4607 5 Inch PU Hook and Loop Backing Pad by David Elam

When used with Chemical Guys Buffing Pads, the Velcro will separate from the backing pad in approximately 5 hours. Chemical Guys Hexlogic pads have very strong Velcro and require significant force to detach from the support pad. (2-3x the effort it takes to take the hook off and look at the sandpaper or abranet) Is this an Astro issue or a mismatch with the Chemical Guys bars? I do not know. But I will buy two pads so I can have one as a backup. There's nothing quite like getting down to the last panel on a car while on vacation and tearing the block down.
