Sorry some people's bad reviews don't make sense to me. If you have a flat, non-textured surface, the built-in suction cup is VERY good. If you have a textured or non-flat surface, you must use the 3M sticker and washer. And you need to remove the sticker on the back of 3M disc. However, read on for a neat trick. If you have an infotainment screen that protrudes from the dash, you can use its back as a mounting surface for the built-in suction cup - no 3M sticker required. Look at my video and you will see. Please. :) Also, the flexible pole is very stiff and looks great. The little stabilizer is a very nice touch. Definitely a 5 star item.
