I forwarded a recording of the conversation regarding the issue to the manufacturer, but I did not receive any information that was either enlightening or reassuring in response. Because nothing of the such has ever occurred with any other smartphone, we came to the conclusion that it was best to send the device back to the retailer. It seemed to be an obvious flaw in the software. ADDITION: (after a month) The device was replaced with the same model, however the issue was still present. It was recommended to me to switch out the SIM card on the Samsung support page in the contact section. And it was of some use! Now some uplifting feelings coming from the machine!
