The best thing about site uptim is that it's free, easy to use with no additional software needed! It also has some nice features like auto-notification when there are downtimes (which helps me know immediately). I wish they had more detailed reports available for each location so you could see where downtime was occurring most frequently or which countries were having issues but this may be something we can expect in future updates? This service really helped us monitor our websites 24/7 without needing an expensive third party solution - great value as well since all of their plans come included within one monthly payment per year!!
