Premier Health is great for keeping your medical team on the same page
Nothing so far. This is a great tool to ensure proper use of services and medications. With this system, my team at our primary clinic gets notifications when I take medication and sends me reminders every day or two that I need to get some medication refilled if needed. The fact that they are able to send these reminders helps with keeping everyone on the same page in regards to their health care needs. I like that Premier has a team of experts who are actively involved with making sure our billing data is accurate. We have always been able to find answers when we need them. The system seems very outdated. It's not user friendly at all. Do your research before you choose a service provider. Make sure they are willing to work with you and make changes when needed. We've been able to improve our accuracy by over 95% since using Premier.
- They provide exceptional customer support for any issues which arise along way through process/implementation period..They do what it takes within reason (as much as humanly possible)to keep us up do date..and current!
