Many years ago my mom had a couple of china versions of this product and I have looked for china in several places but couldn't find it so I went with these I didn't "agree" with these silicone spoon coasters ", but bought them because they're more functional than the old porcelain versions - they're easy to use, easy to clean, easy to fold, store in a drawer under my silicone pot holders, and don't break if at least one of them hits the floor falls. I also like that they are big enough to hold all the kitchen items I have and they come in a set of three so I can use enough when cooking and/or baking.
