Dissolving brush fiber

When the brush arrived there were small to medium sized dark brown brush fiber fragments in the package. It was obvious that if used it would last. It was too much to believe that it would dissipate after some rinsing and use. Should not be returned, we simply threw it away, still in the packaging. The only good thing: The wooden handle was ok.
