I have an error

Mine doesn't work at all. It won't even cut through a notebook. The handle is pointing the wrong way, so I don't adjust the presser foot. Parts were loose and broken. I don't know why anyone would send it that way. I've watched countless videos. Cutting paper is not that difficult.
