I am 5'8 160lbs. I normally wear a medium, but purchased a large due to recommendations from prior reviews. I love the fit! Not too sheer. Opaque. It flattened my tummy which was great amenity; fast drying. If one improvement is needed and that is to add elastic with toggles at the ankles. sand got in all the way up to my bottom! I will be making this adjustment myself and it should make for better comfort. I will let you know.
