I have used different brands of juicers. I actually have two in my donation box that I stopped using because I got tired of cleaning them and didn't give myself clear juice. This juicer didn't give me any unnecessary juice and it took me 5 minutes to clean all the parts from start to finish. I hand washed before use and it only took 2 minutes. The parts are also dishwasher safe and have gone through the cycle too. I just took everything off, washed it up quickly and threw it in the dishwasher. The assembly is self-explanatory. I read the instructions to make sure I don't have any hidden parts or plastic that need to be removed. I cut the apple, leaving the skin on, place it in the trough and slowly let it flow out. I didn't force the fruit, I just used my hand as a weight to keep it flowing smoothly. I did the same with all the other fruits I used. I bought everything I could think of. And tried both speeds. I had no problem juicing typical fruit at low speed. A little more fibrous, I'd probably use a higher speed. I had no problem making one fruit at a time. He tosses the pulp into the back bucket while continuing to work. He picked up a lot on the edges of the main body of the bucket. But as long as it's not in my juice, that's all I care about. I have used this juicer 3 times a week and it has worked great every time. Definitely happy with this purchase!
