lying picture. Three times the size of a regular "jewelry " bow and weighs $3 per quarter.

I'm wondering if all the positive reviews are honest and true and if I received the same product as them? How can I give this item more than one star?! This product is more than twice the length (diameter, width-length) of two quarters, about 1/4 wider in diameter than the thickest quarter, and weighs over 3 ounces (quarters cost about $3); for a supposedly small magnifying glass, that's difficult! If you don't want to carry around $3 worth of coins, this item is a tank. Put that around your neck and you'll get a crooked neck - yes, it's that heavy and that big. Why they even bothered to include a cheap hard plastic case that adds weight and is difficult to open is salt in an open wound. A cloth bag would be cheaper and less disruptive due to size and weight issues. Magnification is good, but since I won't be lugging this tank around, that aspect is questionable. I can't believe the positive reviews, most of which are nonsensical short word tweets. I have to return it for the above reasons.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
