I ordered a set of 2 locks for my suitcases which I needed for an upcoming holiday. Only 1 of them worked. The paper instructions had an email address (help@travelmore.com) which they provided to contact if there were any problems with the locks which they said would send a replacement. So I emailed them the same day I received the locks, only to get a non-delivery alert saying the email wasn't sent due to something with the email address. That's very disappointing! Another lock that actually works is great. He is durable. The only thing I would change is to make the numbers on the three dials more visible. They're really hard to see. Apart from what I mentioned above, I was very happy with the ONE lock! I'm glad I ordered 2 because if I hadn't ordered it what I received wouldn't work either. I would be very upset. Therefore, to be on the safe side, I recommend ordering several.
