Defective block - blackened after 2000 km

Installed just before the trip. It has many features, which is nice. The menus are a bit odd though, they definitely look like they were put together by a non-native English speaker. After 2000 miles of driving, the screen went black and white and won't go color anymore. The rear camera isn't as useful as just b/w. - EDIT - I did a factory reset and everything was fine.
