I’m not sure if I received a defective product, but when we received this clock it appears to have been assembled incorrectly. The back of the clock kept falling out of the frame and I realized that the metal prongs that are intended to hold it in place we placed behind the back instead of on top. I was able to wiggle them loose and bend them into the correct position. Secondly, the battery case for the analog portion of the clock are ever slightly too small. We had to force the batteries into place but because the case it too small the two batteries tend to bow up where they touch each other. This results in a poor connection and so every time the clock is moved even slightly the hands stop moving.
