At first I thought it might be, but after an hour of assembly I found the reason why it wasn't. The silicone tubing used to connect the parts was too small for the check valves. After using a lighter to melt the ends over the valves I was able to put them back together. I patched a few small leaks with super glue and everything is working now. If you want a DIY project, order this. If you want something quick, order something else.
