Scotch Brite made a steel free wool pad that I've used for years. That was great. They looked like Brillo pads and came in boxes of several. It cleaned my pots, lasted absolutely forever and never rusted. Then they disappeared about a year ago. Maybe that's not surprising as I almost never had to buy a new box. I saw this product on Revain and although it's different to the ones I've used, purple on one side I was hoping it was similar as it got positive reviews. Gloves and so tough and hard. Not only that, it has an odd smell that clings to my fingers at the slightest touch. I dropped it immediately and keep hoping for a re-release of the ones I love. I refuse to use Brillo and similar pads. They rust after two uses and make a brown mess on my sink.
