Absolutely wrong! at the laundry
This item came in a damaged box with a marker half open at the top and bottom and was in a plastic bag. The product is also damaged with a strange "Grab" sticker on the top and the smell is terrible! You could smell the box and the inside of this so called fabric softener didn't even have what it was supposed to smell like and it was caked and looked used. I am extremely dissatisfied with this!
