So the Big Box store put these in place of new $90 wheels. Tools used 1) Large straight screwdriver 2) Rust remover 3) Coarse sandpaper 4) Hammer with claws 5) Electronic clip pliers 1/2" 1" PVC on each side. the tires have already fallen apart, the axle has been ground and then sprayed with rust remover, or dirt on the axle is preventing the bearing from being fitted. Remove the housing from the old bearing with a screwdriver in the form of a crowbar hammered in the shape of 5 stars, install the bearing in the wheel hub. Install the PVC spacer onto the axle, then the tire and secure. Tapping with a nail hammer Project time 45 minutes. fits well in the armpit but after adjusting it is what i expect i want. Very happy
