We bought these as a quick option for distance learning. Every day we had problems with the sound and the microphone is terrible. Would not recommend.************UPDATE 12/27/2020****************After I posted this review, the company contacted us and apologized for our "negative comments". We were then asked to remove negative comments because "For a store like ours, a bad review is a death knell for us. Could you forgive me and help me remove the review? I would like a refund if you can ($22) Thank you. Please accept my small request. Thank you."Unfortunately, the refund does not change the quality of the headphones we purchased for distance learning. It's a bit shocking for a business to ask a customer to remove a negative comment. If a product is bad, then it's a bad product. If others want to buy the same product, buy with fair warning. Of course, I understand the company's attempt to rectify the situation. However, returning it does not improve the quality of the product you have purchased from us. Not once have we had the opportunity to replace the headphones with "upgraded ones" - according to their email. We are currently considering reporting the Revain deal for suspicious practices.
