Review on Camelbak Mil-Spec Antidote Reservoir Short, 100 oz (90854) by Todd Cowdrey

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best water bath for your money! Robust and packed with useful features.

I have many packages and 6 of them contain water bubbles. Of all the water bubbles I have, this one is the best! My favorite features: 1) it's durable. Some of the cheaper cameras I own are made from very thin materials and I often wonder if they will stand up to heavy use, e.g. B. when they are dropped or dropped from a backpack. this bladder is not leaking; it is very well made and can withstand harsh operating conditions; 2) The quick disconnect hose from the bottle is a nice feature as it allows me to detach and remove the bottle from my backpack without having to reroute the house every time, making filling, emptying, drying, cleaning etc easier. 3) a quick-release bite valve combined with 4) a non-return valve allows for easy bladder deflation and/or acts as a faucet for filling cups or pots; 5) it has a protective sleeve around the hose to protect and help insulate it; 6) it's 100 ounces. which holds far more water than any of my other reservoirs, making it the perfect complement to my Camelbak backpack, which doubles as my bug repellant bag and main hiking pack; and 7) I like the look. While this tank will spend most of its life in my backpack, it's big enough, it can be hung at a campsite, and if used as a faucet, as I mentioned earlier, you can use it as an independent source of water to yours site. Although this is the most expensive reservoir I've ever bought, it lives up to the adage "you get what you pay for". I highly recommend this product, it's worth every penny.
