I like that this software is able to connect with many different applications including Salesforce CRM which allows me access my contact information in one place so it's easy for them when they are contacting someone new or asking about services offered by their business! It also has other functions such as marketing automation where you can send out emails automatically at certain times of day/week etc., keeping track of customer data from multiple sources within an accountable dashboard allowing us quick reports without having too much work behind-the scenes coding up custom solutions myself every time something needs updated / changed;.
