Easy way (and not just 1) but several ways, connecting directly into and between various apps

I like that this software is able to connect with many different applications including Salesforce CRM which allows me access my contact information in one place so it's easy for them when they are contacting someone new or asking about services offered by their business! It also has other functions such as marketing automation where you can send out emails automatically at certain times of day/week etc., keeping track of customer data from multiple sources within an accountable dashboard…

Pros
  • Also very good email reporting capabilities along side SF integration make tracking who read what messages &/or click links important..and most importantly keep everyone informed via weekly "newsletters" sent directly through platform interface
