Investigate adjustable ball joints if the truck has been used in severe conditions.
I mounted them on the front axle of a pickup truck and they work fine. I regret not purchasing adjustable ball joints. When they leveled my front end, the right front wheel leaned in slightly and the adjustment would get the alignment right.
