Good cheap 3 way fan splitter. Buy these as you get 2 for 1 from other models. Cables with nice sleeves that also look good. Note that only 1 of the 3 extensions is 4-pin, so the reported speed differs from that 1 connection and the other 2 match it. I have 3 identical fans, so no problem. Also consider the power consumption of the fan. Most motherboard fan headers can source up to 1A, and most typical 120/140mm fans are rated at 0.3A each (0.9A total). So this is not a common problem, but if you have particularly powerful fans, be aware that this is not a limitation of this cable.
