Broken box for reptiles and amphibians

I bought a large bowl. It was very tightly packed in the box. When I tried to take the bowl out of the box, it broke in my hand and cut me. I am sending it back for a refund. The cup shouldn't break like that. I'm just lucky I didn't put it in my bearded tank before. I don't want it to happen while she's eating and hurting her.
