Does not work on my 2013 MB CLS550 despite claiming to be compatible with 2011 and newer models. Also remember that you must have Apple Music which is not listed anywhere in the description. Inervy support was very responsive and tried to get this device working but I ended up having to go back. This is an update to my previous review due to a misunderstanding on my part. The product is described as working with 2011 and earlier Mercedes models. I used to interpret it as newer, meaning it works with my 2013 MB. In fact, this product currently only works with 2011 and older MB models. Invery recommends that you subscribe to Apple Music to use this device. So if you're not an Apple Music user (I wasn't), this is something you need to take into account. Therefore 3 stars. I have other Inervy products that make old iHome docks usable now that Apple changed the charging port and the product is high quality and works great!
