I have tried several vegan pre-workout supplements in the past and they have all been relatively disappointing (either not enough effect or too much effect). I've also tried all-herbal caffeine pills, which work for me, but I wanted something that would make me want to drink water with them. I decided to purchase it on a whim as I was working hard and needed some energy to keep up my workout. I feel noticeably more energetic and alert at the start and throughout my workouts and this has resulted in some major improvements for me over the past few weeks of using it. I bought the acai scent and while I like it, I think it might be too strong or sweet for some (my partner can smell it from across the room). I don't like that it doesn't dissolve completely and some of the mixture settles to the bottom of the water bottle so I have to keep shaking it while drinking. It also states that there is no sugar, but stevia leaf extract is used. So I suggest doing some research before you buy to see how you feel about this ingredient.
