1. In my experience, Vionic shoes have a removable insole. Not this couple. If I hadn't had the orthotic insoles these shoes would have been much larger than the size 9M I ordered. The product description on the website was incorrect.2. The package arrived in complete disarray. In addition, the lid of the shoe box was broken and crushed at all four corners. The adhesive labels on the box had been torn off. The "look" was that it was a returned pair of sneakers that had been "put back on the shelf" without regard to the packaging material. Delivery was by Revain's car - it was a very sloppy delivery from Revain.3. This was the last pair of these shoes to be stocked at Revain. Otherwise I would send them back and exchange them.
