In general, one wasn't much worse or better than the other. Read the quantity by price to choose. Most packages say USE SMALL PARTS, I totally agree. Creating Art: This material can be edited very quickly. Plaster also hardens quickly. Try small batches of work over time before wetting the next one. You can sculpt and play with it for about 10 minutes. If you work too hard with the patch it will never set. If you're working in small batches, you might want to take the time to flatten or group things. You can scrape that off with scissors
