is a durable, molded waterproof mat with approximately the same texture/material as my Husky Cargo Liner. (Not as flexible as my OEM first/second row skid mats.) Does what it's supposed to. It will slip - someone suggested velcro strips. They work great to keep it in place. Also, the 3rd row seats MUST be in an upright position when installing floor mats or the floor mats will not fit properly. After installing the mats, you can proceed to installing the 3rd row of seats.
