Broken grinding screw suitable for small appliance parts and accessories
Product worked as advertised the first two uses, but on the third use (a few days between each use and cleaning) the grinding screw stopped turning even though my kitchen mixer worked great. This allowed the grinder to only be used 2 times: the first was a small test and the second was 1lb beef at a slightly chilled level. It's unacceptable that I could only really use this product, which costs nearly $70 (US$69.87), once, especially with a product from a reputable company like yours.
