Left it there for almost two hours. I took it, cleaned it, put it on the holder and didn't rinse my mouth. In the morning I tried drinking ice water and the pain was completely gone. The referral said to repeat the process within 5 days. I am now for the third day completely pain free. I would recommend it to anyone with sensitivity issues.
