I'm used to using tools to unlock my car. This is by far the most pathetic thing I've ever tried to use. The arm is too flexible. It's not firm enough to fully depress the unlock button. The hook is too steep to fully grasp the door handle. Even if this is the case, the twisting action to open the handle unscrews the device during operation. You cannot apply enough torque to move the handle because the arm will disassemble during operation. I tried different doors, angles and strategies for 30 minutes until the arm simply broke in half (I knew this would happen as it would bend irreversibly during my work). Absolute junk. Spend twice as much on quality gear that will last a lifetime. Or at least try another cheap brand. This is a pathetic joke.
