It's better than nothing for me, but I expected it to be a lot better than it really is. It's comfortable and gives you a little more room to breathe and helps a little to prevent makeup rubbing off the mask, but it doesn't stick to the mask very well so I keep adjusting it. Also, I seem to be sweating even more, my glasses are still fogging up and instead of the mask, my makeup just gets wiped off the holder. I think it's easier to remove makeup and sweat from braces than a mask.
