Very noisy, you need hearing protection.

It grinds well but you need hearing protection as it is very noisy. The only other complaint is that any bowl or pan taller than 3 inches will not fit under the sanding plate locking nut. I sent it back for a refund and after 10 days it still doesn't show up as returned. It's almost impossible to contact Revain CS
